“Opening” competition rules

Rules of the “Opening” Competition

1. Game organizer: The “Ouverture” competition is organized by EARL Louzaouen , Kernavellec, 56420 Plaudren.

2. Duration of the game: The competition will begin on March 3, 2024 at 5 p.m. and end on March 10, 2024 at 5 p.m.

3. Conditions of participation :

• The game is open to anyone residing in mainland France.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate.

• Employees of EARL Louzaouen, as well as their immediate families, are not authorized to participate in the competition.

1. Conditions of participation:

• To participate, participants must comment on the publication (Facebook or Instagram) with the answer to the question, like the publication and share it on their profile in public mode.

• Entries must be submitted during the Competition Period to be eligible.

• Multiple entries will not be taken into account.

1. Winner Selection:

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be announced on the Facebook / Instagram pages of La ferme de Louzaouen within 48 hours following the close of the competition.

1. Price :

• The prize will be a surprise basket of 2kg with farm products and much more

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Communication with the winner:

• The winner will be contacted by email (watch your spam)

• If the winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

1. Publication of winners:

• By participating in the competition, participants authorize EARL Louzaouen to publish their name on social networks.

1. Terms and conditions :

• EARL Louzaouen reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• By participating in the competition, participants fully and unreservedly accept these regulations.
